3E Travel was started in Podgorica by people who'd been guiding hikers and cyclists for years. We design and lead walking, hiking and cycling journeys across Montenegro and the wider Western Balkans — slowly, honestly, and only at the pace we can keep our promises.

Walk it first
We don't sell a route until we've walked or ridden it ourselves — usually many times, in different seasons.
Stay small
Small groups, small companies, family-run guesthouses. We grow only as fast as we can keep that promise.
Be honest
Honest grades, honest weather, honest expectations. If a trip isn't right for you, we'll tell you.
